How Do You Come Back To Reality After A Conference?

• REST

• • • Get some sleep, calm your mind from all of that information and excitement racing around in your brain.

• REFLECT

• • • Take time to actually go through your notes while the learning and excitement is still fresh

• PRIORITIZE

• • Get rid of items (notes, business cards, brochures, etc.) that you know you will never use and find 2 or 3 things you are excited and dedicated to trying in your classroom
  • Whatever you try in your classroom or coach a teacher to try, be willing to share that at the next opportunity whether it be a PLC/Team meeting, staff meeting, or a PD Day
